Did you know that your multi-funcion copier/printer has a hard drive?. Many of them do, some even have more than one hard drive, and most people don't know they're in there and that they store the information that was printed and/or copied. These need to be sanitized just like any other asset.
Most businesses lease this equipment, and the leasing company doesn't care what data is on the machine when the equipment is returned. We will work with your leasing company to sanitize the hard drive(s) and have them reinstall the the operating system. Once this is complete, your data is gone, and the leasing company can either sell or re-lease the systems that you had with no risk of your data being exposed.
